Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent clients through leads and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Generate new business prospects and expand the customer base.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Support partners with product knowledge, training, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3 - 4 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
