Job Title: Learning & Development Trainee
Department: HR
Work Shift: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Role Overview:
As an L&D; Management Trainee , you will be responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and execution of training initiatives across departments including HR, Admin, Design, and Production functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering such as, POSH, Email Etiquette, Time Management, and Communication etc.
Support employee engagement programs, workshops, and culture-building activities.
Help in preparing training materials (PPTs, feedback forms, session reports, etc.).
Collect and analyze feedback to improve future training sessions.
Coordinate with trainers, departments, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Support in HR recent initiatives.
