Customer Relationship Manager – Plastic Moulding Industry

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 5–6 Years (Mandatory)
Industry: Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with solid experience in the Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer requirements, queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Production, Sales, Dispatch, Quality, and other departments.
Follow up on customer orders, production status, dispatches, and deliveries.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues.




Maintain regular communication with key customers and identify opportunities to strengthen business relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer commitments and delivery timelines are met.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to management.
Maintain customer records, order details, follow-up reports, and relevant documentation.
Support customer retention and build long-term business relationships.
Prepare regular MIS/reports related to customer orders, complaints, and follow-ups.

Requirements
5–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
Plastic Moulding / Plastic Manufacturing Industry experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in customer relationship management and client handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience coordinating with Production, Sales, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments.
Robust follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Offic
