Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Staffing & Talent Acquisition professional with a robust background in staffing/recruitment and product-based organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Contract and Contract-to-Hire hiring, along with solid stakeholder management skills.
The candidate should demonstrate a secure career history, strong ownership of recruitment activities, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing requirements.
Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer discussions, and joining processes.
Work closely with internal teams and external staffing partners when required.
Ensure candidates are aligned with role requirements, compensation expectations, and joining timelines.
Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status, closures, and hiring progress.
Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process while meeting business and staffing requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
Staffing background is mandatory.
Hands-on recruitment experience within a Product Company is mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Hands-on experience hiring for Contract and Contract-to-Hire positions.
Candidates should demonstrate caree
