Role Overview
As a Field Officer / Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion in your assigned territory by developing distributors, retailers and current outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales, distribution and outlet coverage targets for the assigned territory.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors and potential outlets on a daily basis.
Generate secondary sales and ensure regular product availability at retail outlets.
Identify and onboard new retail outlets and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising and execution of POSM at outlets.
Introduce and promote HelloKicks products and communicate product benefits to retailers.
Implement company schemes, promotions and trade marketing activities in the market.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends and share regular feedback.
Maintain daily market visit, sales and outlet coverage reports through the company's reporting system.
Ensure timely follow-up for orders, stock availability and market issues.
Work closely with the sales team and reporting manager to achieve territory objectives.
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail / General Trade sales preferred.
Candidates with solid field-sales experience from other industries can also apply.
