Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage BIM projects from design to construction, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of models, drawings, and documentation.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective BIM workflows, processes, and standards.

- Provide technical guidance on Revit MEP software usage for mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems design and coordination.

- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, company policies, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 12-20 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) management or related field.

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP software for mechanical, electrical, plumbing system design and coordination.

- Robust understanding of building services engineering principles and their application in commercial buildings.
