- Client &
- Subcontractor Billing

- Rate Analysis &

- Cost

- Reconciliation of Materials &

- Costs

- GST &

- Tax Compliance:

- Variation &

- Claims Management

- Coordination with Site &

- Accounts.

- Project Scheduling &

- Monitoring

- Resource Planning &

- Allocation:

- Progress Tracking &

- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Budgeting &

- Cost Control

- Liaison with Clients &

- Consultant

- Estimate

- Project scheduling and monitoring
