Logistics Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key ResponsibilitiesVerify customer payments before processing orders. Prepare and cross-check billing/invoices for accuracy. Book shipments through Nimbus, DTDC & Amazon portals .
Verify order, SKU, quantity, invoice, address, payment & shipment details before dispatch. Coordinate with the warehouse/packing team for timely and accurate dispatch . Generate shipping labels/AWB and maintain dispatch records.
Track shipments and coordinate for delays, returns & delivery issues .
Required
SkillsGood knowledge of billing, logistics & dispatch operations .
Basic
Excel/Google Sheets knowledge. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Experience with Nimbus, DTDC or Amazon Seller Central will be preferred.
