Wizardtales Private Limited is hiring an experienced Bid Manager for our India business.

We are looking for someone who can independently identify, evaluate and manage Government, PSU and public-sector IT tenders from start to finish.

What you will do

- Search relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement and PSU portals
- Review RFP, RFI, RFQ and EOI documents
- Evaluate eligibility, commercial terms, technical requirements and risks
- Prepare Go / No-Go recommendations
- Manage complete bid submissions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, compliance matrices and BOQs
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal and management teams
- Handle EMD, PBG/BG, corrigenda and pre-bid clarifications
- Track bids until award or closure

What we are looking for

- 4+ years of hands-on IT tender / bid management experience
- Strong Government / PSU tender experience




- Practical experience with GeM, CPPP and e-procurement portals
- Solid proposal writing and documentation skills
- Experience in cloud, data centre, IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, managed services or system integration is preferred

Location Remote within India. Preference for candidates based in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad or Bengaluru.
