? Position Details

Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Type: Full time | Onsite

Shift: US EST Night Shift

Industry: US IT Staffing

? What You’ll Do

? Market and place bench consultants on active client projects

? Build and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors & Implementation Partners

? Work with job portals including Dice, Monster & LinkedIn to identify relevant requirements

? Negotiate competitive C2C/Corp-to-Corp rates

? Manage consultant submissions and follow-ups

? Coordinate interviews and drive the process through final closure

? Develop and maintain a strong vendor network within the US IT staffing ecosystem

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 6 months–3 years of hands-on Bench Sales experience





✅ Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing market

✅ Established network of Prime Vendors, Tier-1 Vendors & Implementation Partners

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Strong rate negotiation and vendor management abilities

✅ Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets

✅ Mandatory: Willingness to work onsite during the US EST night shift
