Role Description The Beauty Consultant – SIS Counter is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations on Kimirica’s skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products.

The Beauty

Consultant will demonstrate product usage, maintain a clean and visually appealing counter, and ensure stock levels are adequate. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, processing transactions,



handling customer queries and feedback, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The role also requires staying updated on product launches, brand standards, and current beauty and self-care trends to deliver an engaging and informed customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- In-depth product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories, with an interest in vegan and cruelty-free formulations.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Effective communication skills, professional grooming, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to collaborate within a store team.
- Prior experience at a beauty counter or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred; basic computer and POS skills are an advantage.
