Job Summary

We are seeking a BGV to lead our compliance team in a fully remote capacity. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Client and verification teams to ensure urgent completion of background checks for all new hires
- Drive background verification processes in partnership with external vendors
- Act as a key liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and service excellence
- Ensure the team consistently meets daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs
- Develop and implement training materials and documentation related to background checks, investigations, compliance, and regulatory requirements




- Maintain and track case records for future client reference
- Monitor and update verification processes, escalating issues when necessary

- 4 to 10 years of experience in background verification, with strong client servicing exposure
- Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in verification processes and familiarity with relevant tools
- Experience in handling global background checks (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and distributed teams
- Solid interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
