Work Schedule
Off-Season (May–November):
Full night shift, Monday to Friday
Busy Season (December–April):
Full night shift, 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off

Lead – Tax Support

Experience in tax customer support and handling client escalations.




Experience in team and workflow management.
Ability to manage reports and monitor team activities.
Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Tax Professional Representative (TPR) – US Tax Preparation

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of
US Federal Tax (1040) and State Tax Preparation
.
Experience in resolving taxpayer queries.
Valid PTIN
with authorization to sign tax returns.
Positive verbal communication and client interaction skills.
Experience working with
US customers/stakeholders
.
Ability to explain tax-related queries clearly and provide effective support.
