We are looking for a agile and experienced HR Executive to join our growing Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance records, HR documentation, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment and hiring process
* Screening and scheduling candidate interviews
* Employee onboarding and documentation
* Maintaining attendance and leave records
* HR policy implementation and employee engagement
* Coordination with management and staff
* Maintaining employee databases and MIS reports
Requirements
* 1–3 years of HR experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
