Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture
Own and drive architectural decisions focusing on Event-Driven and Microservices architectures.
Establish engineering best practices, implement design patterns (Repository, Unit of Work), and lead code quality initiatives.
Conduct architectural reviews and comprehensive code reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Backend & API Development
Build, scale, and maintain high-performance backend microservices using Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
Design effective,



robust APIs and implement asynchronous workflows and data models.
Manage data persistence and schema evolutions using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.

Workflow Orchestration & Integration
Architect and implement resilient, activity-based workflow designs for long-running business process automations.
Build event streaming pipelines and messaging integrations utilizing Kafka.
Integrate enterprise systems and operational tooling, including ServiceNow and change management lifecycles.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Drive comprehensive automated testing suites utilizing Pytest to ensure high coverage and resilience.
Maintain dependency management and code formatting pipelines using Poetry and pre-commit hooks.

DevOps & Deployment
