Role & responsibilities
experience in preparation of municipal / building approval drawings.
Positive command of AutoCAD.
Experience with drawings and submissions for PMRDA / MIDC / Municipal Authorities / MMRDA.
Understanding of UDCPR, DCPR, development control regulations, FSI, setbacks, parking, building norms and approval procedures.
Should be capable of checking drawings and guiding junior draftsmen.
Preferred candidate profile
