About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with strong Go (Golang) Node.js expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. You'll work on

High-performance systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape our backend architecture

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST ful/gRPCAPIsusing Go/Node.js
- Builds calable, high- performance, and concurrent systems
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following best practices
- Design and optimize data base schemas and queries(SQL/No SQL)
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Implement micro services architecture and integrate with message queues(Kafka)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards




- Debug and resolve production issues; participate in on-callrotations
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions
- Document APIs, services, and technical decisions

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated field (orequivalent experience)
- 2+years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang)/Node.js in production systems
- Solid understand ingofcon currency patterns.
- Experience building REST ful APIs and/orgRPCservices
- Solid understanding of data base systems (PostgreSQL,MongoDB,Redis)
- Experience with micro service sarchitecture
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Understanding of message queues/event streaming (Kafka)
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understand in gofdata structures, algorithms, and system design
