Role: Back End Executive (calling-based) — you’ll be coordinating calls with customers and bankers.

Key Responsibilities *Collect, verify, and maintain customer loan documents. *Check the completeness and accuracy of loan application forms. *Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan processing. *Upload and maintain customer data in CRM or loan management systems.
*Track loan application status and provide regular updates to sales executives and customers. *Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate records. *Ensure compliance with KYC, banking, and company documentation requirements. *Follow up with customers for pending documents. *Resolve operational issues to ensure timely loan disbursement. *Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company records.
Required Skills *Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. *Strong documentation and data management skills. *Valuable verbal and written communication. *Attention to detail and accuracy. *Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *Basic understanding of banking and loan processes.
