- Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities across assigned markets.

- Generate leads through prospecting, market research, networking, conferences, and customer referrals.

- Engage with R&D;, procurement, sourcing, technical, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions based on customer needs.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial responses for customer opportunities.

- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, follow-up, and closure.

- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular engagement.

- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, follow-ups, and business conversions through CRM.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential target accounts.

- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and new-customer acquisition targets within the role.

- Travel for customer meetings, conferences,



and business development activities as required.

Your Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer and stakeholder interaction.

- Positive analytical and research abilities to support market understanding and lead generation.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for reporting and presentations.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for B2B customer management.

- Ability to learn and understand technical and business concepts quickly and accurately.

- Positive attitude, willingness to travel, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

- Strong ownership, initiative, and attention to detail in daily execution.

- Interest in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or B2B marketing will be preferred.
