Position - Network (Associate/Senior Associate)

Background to the role

Network Team is the team which is responsible for managing the supply of the services provided to the customers and responsible for maintaining margins for the company.

Executive will be responsible for Onboarding Hospitals/clinics on Medibuddy Network , communication with Internal stakeholders & achieving daily onboarding target.

Key Working Relationship
External - Provider Network Management

Key Responsibilities
Be on ground and visit Hospitals/Clinics everyday
Handling Providers queries and questions and providing solutions by

coordinating with internal teams
Negotiating with providers and Collecting provider documents




Doing data entry in excel/google sheets and on internal portals
Coordinating with Internal teams to gather information and close tasks

Skills

Undergraduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry Preferred
Basic understanding of Google sheet/Excel
Must have the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization with active listening skills
Ability to prioritize and negotiate
Prior experience in customer service/ Partner support

Must have the aptitude to work in a quick-paced organization with active listening, and reasoning skills.
Must be comfortable working in field
Ability to prioritize and close tasks
Good communication skill Hindi + English & One Regional Language
Excellent coordination skills
