Role & responsibilities

- Min 4-6 years of professional working experience in Software Quality Assurance including Automation experience.

Thorough working knowledge of Software Testing Concepts including Manual & Automation testing processes, test case creation and execution, defect management, estimation techniques and metrics for reporting.
- Hands-on experience on Automation tools (e.g. Selenium with .Net Framework/Java, Playright).
- Hands-on experience on Automation frameworks (e.g. keyword driven etc).
- Hands-on experience on API testing (via Postman, Rest Assured etc).
- Working knowledge of source code management software (SVN, GIT, BitBucket etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with valuable communication.
- Working experience of Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
- Exposure to Project/Defect/Test Management tools e.g. JIRA, ALM etc.
- A team player,



who can work independently under minimum supervision and guide/mentor others when needed.
- Possesses the desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
- Basic knowledge on usage of SQL queries.

Added bonus/secondary skills: Knowledge of Finance domain especially Capital Markets, Lease and Loans , Lending applications

- Experience of developing tools/utilities/automation from scratch using latest tech.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing and Automation using tools like JMeter.
- Knowledge of Cloud (AZURE) concepts and usage.
- Knowledge and practical exposure to AI tools and tech e.g. MS Office Copilot, GitHubCoPilot etc.
