Job Title: Automation Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider).
- Support engineers in modifying and updating PLC logic as required for process optimization or equipment changeovers.
- Operate and monitor SCADA and HMI systems (WinCC, Wonderware, iFIX, or similar).
- Assist in creating or modifying operator interface screens under engineer guidance.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain sensors, transmitters, and actuators for parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of control valves, proximity sensors, and load cells.
- Verify and document calibration as per FSSC 22000 / ISO / HACCP requirements.
- Assist in wiring, panel installation, and cable termination for control panels, MCCs, and PLC panels.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, control circuits, and P&IDs.;
- Ensure all modifications and installations comply with electrical and safety standards.
