Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to create detailed design drawings, plans, and visualizations for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings and plans using Revit (working drawings).
- Ensure drawings meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Accurately represent MEP components in plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design adherence.
- Identify and resolve on-site design issues to the interior design.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely task completion.
- Coordinate with vendors ,consultants and suppliers for materials and furnishings.
- Assist in client meetings to present design concepts and updates.
- Address client feedback and incorporate changes into the design.

Requirements

- Diploma in interior design,



Architecture or a related field.

*8-9 years of experience in architectural/ interior drafting, preferably in government projects, schools, hospitals, stadiums, and city redevelopment.
- Technical skills :
- Revit proficiency is a must.

*Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for detailed drafting.

*Skilled in MS Office for documentation and communication.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
