Role Description The Audit Delivery Lead – AI Transformation is a full-time, on-site role based in the Delhi NCR Area (Gurgaon). The role involves leading end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled audit and assurance projects, from scoping and planning through execution, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include translating audit and risk requirements into AI/ML use cases, coordinating with data, engineering, and product teams, and overseeing implementation of analytics, automation, and process intelligence solutions.

The Audit Delivery

Lead will design and refine audit methodologies,



define control frameworks, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery aligned with client expectations. The role also includes mentoring team members, managing project timelines and resources, and supporting business development through insights, proposals, and client presentations.

Qualifications

- Solid audit, risk, and controls experience, including leading financial, operational, or internal audit engagements and designing audit methodologies.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, data analytics, and automation tools, with the ability to translate audit requirements into technical use cases.
- Experience in project and program management, including planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
- Background in Audit or related disciplines, with familiarity in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments.
- Professional Degree - CA, CPA or equivalent. Minimum experience of 6-8 years.
- Experience in AI, consulting, or digital transformation, ideally across industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Technology.
