1. CFO Support

- Assist CFO in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for Board, Investors, and Senior Leadership.

- Coordinate and track strategic projects and key action points across departments.

- Prepare financial analysis, business cases, and data models for decision-making.

- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Consolidate various MIS reports, related to bank account, taxation cost analysis, etc.

- Work closely with accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, and compliance teams to resolve day to day issues.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies on behalf of CFO.

- Facilitate cross-functional coordination for finance-related deliverables.

- Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.





3. Meeting Management & Documentation

- Organize and follow up on CFOs meetings with relevant minutes, follow-ups, and escalations.

- Track and ensure timely completion of critical tasks assigned by CFO.

- Prepare briefing notes and talking points for CFO as needed.

4. Special Projects & Initiatives

- Take ownership of special assignments including cost optimization, automation initiatives, and financial reviews.

- Conduct benchmarking, industry research, and competitor analysis.
