About the Role

We are looking for an ownership-driven Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce and software projects.

This is a hands-on delivery role, not just coordination. You should be able to understand requirements, identify gaps and edge cases, document solutions, manage clients, and drive projects to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Prepare SRS, BRD, user stories, and project documentation.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, validations, dependencies, and risks.
- Plan tasks, timelines, priorities, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, and clients throughout the project.
- Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, and change requests.
- Track blockers and ensure timely resolution and delivery.
- Support UAT, releases, go-live, and post-live activities.
- Take complete ownership of project delivery from requirement to closure.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Technical Understanding Coding is not required, but candidates should understand:

- APIs & integrations
- Frontend/backend workflows
- Databases & data flow
- SDLC, QA, UAT & deployment
- Shopify/eCommerce platforms

Preferred Experience

- 3–4 years in IT services, software delivery, or eCommerce.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Experience with BRD/SRS/user stories.
- Experience working with Developers and QA.
- Shopify/eCommerce project experience is preferred.
