- Role Description Want a front-row seat to building a startup? If you're someone who loves taking ownership, getting things done, and learning directly from a founder, this role is for you. As a Management Trainee – Founder's Office, you'll work closely with the Founder on everything from operations to marketing, partnerships, and community building. No two days will be the same!

What You'll Do - ? Coordinate with coaches, mentors, and industry experts.

- ? Assist the Founder in day-to-day business execution and operations.




- ? Connect with program participants and ensure an exceptional learner experience.
- ? Support LinkedIn marketing, content publishing, and community engagement.
- ? Help manage projects, research, reports, and strategic initiatives.
- ? Take ownership of special projects that help grow OutSmart.
- Who We're Looking For - Recent graduate/Master's degree/MBAs (any discipline).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Self-starter with a "figure it out" mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and productivity apps.
- Curious, proactive, and excited by startups.
