About the Role: We are hiring for a Prepaid Auto Rickshaw Project at Thane Station. The role involves managing on-ground operations, coordinating with auto drivers, and handling ticketing processes to ensure smooth passenger service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driver Coordination (3 Positions):



● Coordinate with auto rickshaw drivers at the station

● Ensure proper queue management and driver availability

● Handle driver queries, issues, and daily follow-ups

● Maintain discipline and smooth flow of operations

2. Ticketing Operations (3 Positions) ● Issue prepaid tickets to passengers accurately

● Handle cash transactions and maintain records

● Assist passengers with routes and fare information

● Ensure proper reporting and shift closure

Eligibility Criteria: ● Experience in operations, coordination, or ground-level management preferred

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to handle on-ground challenges and crowd situations

● Basic understanding of cash handling (for ticketing role)

● Comfortable working in shifts

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Immediate joiners

● Candidates residing in or near Thane preferred

● Prior experience in transport, logistics, or field operations is an advantage
