ASSOCIATE MANAGER (Lead) - OCM

ROLE SUMMARY

Leads large-scale transformation programs, manages delivery teams, drives change portfolio governance, and contributes to Change Management CoE development. Responsible for delivery governance, change analytics, AI-augmented OCM practices, and resource utilization.
