Shift Timing: Comfortable working from the office in 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM shift.

Associate India Contract Solutions The UnitedLex Contracts Solutions team is thrilled to announce an opportunity for an Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our valued client relationships by assisting in their contract management department. We welcome applicants from India to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and review basic contracts such as NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Check contracts for accuracy and follow client guidelines.
- Join calls with clients and vendors when needed.
- Help review contract changes and raise complex issues to senior team members.
- Work with the legal team to resolve contract-related questions.
- Communicate professionally with vendors through emails and calls.
- Keep contract records and trackers updated.




- Follow company and client contract processes and procedures.
- Build good working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Support the team with additional contract-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Graduates of law school.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Sound business judgment, with the ability to anticipate and analyze the consequences of decisions/initiatives and understand the needs of the client.
- While not mandatory, familiarity with the healthcare sector is preferred due to the client's focus on healthcare solutions.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication proficiency.
- May occasionally require flexibility to respond to after-hours requests as dictated by business needs.
- Must maintain a quiet working environment with a reliable broadband connection.
