Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Manager Treasury, Corporate & Operational Finance to lead the full spectrum of financial functions, including fundraising (100 Cr+), treasury operations, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), investor relations, and operational finance. The ideal candidate brings 18–20 years of leadership experience in electronics, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries, with proven expertise in capital markets, compliance, financial strategy, and systems implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Fundraising
- Lead strategic fundraising initiatives, including ECB, NCDs, Rights Issues, QIPs, and project financing.
- Manage working capital facilities, term loans, vendor/distributor financing, and surplus fund deployment.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and credit rating agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with FEMA, RBI, and SEBI regulations, including filings such as ECB, FFR, and QOS.
- Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and hedging of forex exposures.
- Formulate and implement group-level forex and risk management policies.
Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning
- Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), financial forecasts, and long-term models.
- Conduct variance analysis, monitor key financial KPIs, and drive margin and performance improvements.
- Develop investment memorandums, financial models, and presentations for management and investors.
- Partner with commercial and business units on capex planning, strategic reviews, and business modeling.
Investor Relations
- Act as the principal liaison with analysts, institutional investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage earnings releases, analyst communications, and investor roadshows.
- Lead IPO readiness and facilitate all aspects of capital market interactions and disclosures.
Operational Finance & Controls
- Oversee daily finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and financial closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Drive working capital optimization across receivables, inventory, and payables.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and all regulatory standards.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, capital expenditure tracking, and retirement fund portfolios (e.g., PF Trust).
- Lead automation and digitization of finance reporting, dashboards, and control systems.
Team Leadership & Systems
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary finance team across Treasury, FP&A;, Accounts, and Compliance.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP and drive finance transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of process excellence, governance, and continuous improvement in financial operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant with 18+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, and operational finance.
- Proven ability to raise 100 Cr+ through multiple instruments and manage complex treasury portfolios.
- Strong industry experience in electronics, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive sectors.
- In-depth understanding of FEMA, RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, and Ind-AS frameworks.
- Effective leader with excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and financial automation tools.
