Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including waiters, cashiers, and service staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food and service operations.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and proper storage.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.




- Support staff training and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor restaurant sales and help achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Ensure company SOPs and operational guidelines are followed.
- Manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service and daily operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of POS and basic computer operations is preferred.

Salary: 25000-35000

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
