Assistant Manager

Specifications Role & Responsibility:

Overall in charge for achieving the most number of product specifications in the assigned area for various types of projects through architects, interior designers, contractors and engineers.

a. Make technical product presentations to the influencers.

b. Achieve product specifications in all projects.

c. Co ordinate with tile manufacturers and offer custom specifications to fix their respective tiles.

d. Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under LIPL.

e. Make Laticrete a household name through specifications for Large, Medium and small scale projects.

f. Offer maximum support to the project team through specifications. g. To develop applicators for products under LIPL.

h. To manage and motivate all applicator teams.

Desired profile:

a.



Should be a Civil Engineer with above 9-10 years years selling experience in building products. An MBA in marketing would be an added advantage.

b. Should be able to communicate technically with architects, interior designers fraternity.

c. Excellent rapport with architects, interior designers, contractors and engineers in the assigned area.

d. Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area.

e. Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.

f. Robust aggressive personality g. Should have an experience of 2-3 years in handling a team.
