we are hiring for our client which is into Luxury Fashion and Apparel Brand based out of Lower Parel (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (India & UK)

● Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and

Performance Max.

● Optimize campaigns for ROAS, revenue, and customer acquisition.

● Manage prospecting, remarketing, and audience expansion strategies.

● Scale campaigns during festive, wedding, and seasonal periods.

Meta & Google Ads Management

● Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.

● Execute Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

● Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, audience performance, and creative testing.

● Improve CTR, CPC, CVR, and overall campaign efficiency.

Offline Store Marketing

● Drive paid campaigns to increase store footfall across KALKI retail locations.

● Execute geo-targeted campaigns around store locations.

● Promote exhibitions, in-store events, and bridal appointments.

● Support local awareness campaigns for store launches and activations.

Creative & Campaign Planning

● Collaborate with Creative and Merchandising teams for campaign assets.

● Brief agencies and designers for performance-led creatives.

● Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy,



landing pages, and audiences.

● Build market-specific campaigns for India and the UK.

Analytics & Reporting

● Track campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

● Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and revenue performance.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

● Generate actionable insights for budget allocation and optimization.

Collaboration

● Coordinate with CRM, SEO, E-commerce, and Retail teams.

● Ensure consistent messaging across online and offline campaigns.

● Work with store managers to align local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

● 2–6 years of experience in Paid Marketing or Performance Marketing.

● Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

● Strong understanding of Performance Max, Search, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.

● Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

● Robust analytical skills in Excel and reporting.

● Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or D2C brands is preferred.

● Experience with offline retail campaigns is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
