ADONIS LABORATORIES PVT. LTD. is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and business targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop the sales team to drive business growth.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, distributors, stockists, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor territory performance, sales trends, and market potential.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance to the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the existing customer base.
- Ensure effective product promotion and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.

Candidate Profile





- Graduate / Post Graduate; Pharma background preferred.
- Relevant experience in Pharma Sales / GP / CP / Pediatric segment will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the Chhattisgarh market will have an advantage.
- For RSM, prior experience in team handling and territory management is required.
- Solid communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Result-oriented and capable of achieving sales targets.

Experience Relevant experience in Pharma Sales – ASM / RSM level.

Salary

Best in the Industry, commensurate with experience, current CTC, and overall suitability.
