Java Backend and Java Fullstack

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React JS to join our Wholesale Credit Risk team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and maintaining complex financial applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and effective code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Performance Optimization:



Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
