Salary: ₹21,500/- + TA + Incentives

Job Purpose

To develop and maintain relationships with contractors, identify suitable contractors for training and career development, and increase their business engagement with Asian Paints.

Key Responsibilities
Meet, profile, and maintain updated records of contractors within the assigned territory.
Identify and enroll contractors in required training and development programs.
Evaluate contractors’ on-site proficiency and provide necessary support.
Promote current products and ensure proper product training and usage.
Drive increased business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
Ensure contractors meet mandatory requirements and progress through the tier hierarchy.




Conduct site evaluations and provide on-site technical assistance when required.
Act as the point of contact for contractor queries, training, site evaluation, and other requirements.
Coordinate with the TSO and retail team as required.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduation is mandatory.
Sales experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valuable relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
