Asmadiya Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Developer to lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions across enterprise-grade applications. will architect intelligent systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and large language models. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Architect AI pipelines and integrate models with enterprise systems and APIs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and software teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability using MLOps practices.

Conduct deep research and experimentation with the latest AI techniques (e.g., Transformers, Reinforcement Learning, GenAI).

Review code, mentor team members, and set technical direction for AI projects.

Own model governance, ethical AI considerations, and post-deployment monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

35 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including production model deployment.

Advanced Python skills and deep expertise in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.

Proven experience in deploying models to production (REST APIs, containers, cloud ML services).

Deep understanding of ML algorithms, optimization, statistical modeling, and deep learning.

Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, and CI/CD pipelines for ML.

Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).

Preferred Skills

Hands-on with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architecture, vector DBs).

Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems at scale.

Knowledge of model explainability (SHAP, LIME), bias detection, and AI ethics.

understanding of software engineering best practices, microservices, and API architecture.
