Job Title: Article Assistant

Location: Chennai – Onsite

Firm Type: Chartered Accountancy Firm

Qualification: CA Intermediate / CMA / Eligible for CA Articleship

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Article Assistant to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will get practical exposure to Audit, Accounting, Taxation, GST, and other statutory compliance assignments while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Compliance Audits.
- Perform vouching, verification, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and audit working papers.
- Support GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in ITR preparation, tax computations, and tax-related assignments.
- Assist senior team members in audit fieldwork and client assignments.
- Coordinate with clients for data collection and clarification of queries.




- Maintain proper working papers and audit documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Income Tax, and GST.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.

- CA Intermediate students / candidates eligible for CA Articleship.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
