Role & responsibilities :

- Drive home loan sales and achieve assigned targets across the assigned area.

- Lead, coach and monitor the sales team to improve productivity, lead conversion and disbursement performance.

- Develop solid relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors and other channel partners to generate quality business.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing, sanction and disbursement of loans.

- Monitor business quality, portfolio performance, market trends and competitor activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have minimum 8 to 13 years of experience in Affordable home loan & LAP sales.

- Strong team leadership, sales planning and business development skills with consistent track record of target achievement.

- Ability to speak and read regional language is desirable .
