Role Overview

As our Art Director, you will be the creative leader driving the visual identity of Flatworld Solutions across global campaigns, brand assets, and client-facing projects. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful designs that reinforce our brand and resonate with our target audience.

This is a high-impact role where youll manage the full creative lifecyclefrom concept to executionacross digital, print, multimedia, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative vision, design direction, and execution for all marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and digital assets.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpointsweb, social media, email, presentations, videos, and advertising.
- Oversee a team of designers, animators, and creative specialists, ensuring quality and consistency in all outputs.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visually compelling creative strategies.
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge visual storytelling techniques to keep Flatworlds creative edge sharp.
- Review and refine creative work to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
- Partner with external creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 12+ years of design experience, with at least 8 years in a senior creative or art director role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and multi-channel creative execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.
- Experience with motion graphics, video production, and UI/UX design is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor creatives.
- Exceptional visual storytelling ability and attention to design detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
