Role & responsibilities

- Own the monthly rental brokerage target for your assigned area a portfolio of managed flats across Pune West.

- List every vacant property on MagicBricks, 99acres and Housing within 48 hours write the ad copy yourself, set the rent from our market data, and refresh listings to keep enquiries flowing.

- Work every enquiry yourself on the phone, around 3 hours a day qualifying renters, matching them to properties and booking site visits. This is pipeline calling, not cold calling: every person you call has already enquired about one of our flats.

- Brief the Field Executive who conducts the showings, and make sure every renter is shown five matched properties, not one.

- Negotiate the rent with the landlord, send the offer, collect the token and drive the deal through to move-in.

- Rent every assigned property inside the 45-day commitment we make to our landlords.

- Update Zoho CRM the same day — every call, visit, offer and closing.

- Hand the tenant relationship to the Property Manager once the tenant moves in. Your job is the deal.

Preferred candidate profile

- You have run your own sales pipeline end to end — you found or received the lead, called it, arranged the meeting or viewing, made the offer, and closed it yourself.

- Comfortable on the phone for around 3 hours a day, working your own leads,



and you think of that as working your deals rather than as telecalling.

- You have carried a sales target before and are comfortable with the money conversations that come with it — asking for a token, negotiating a rent down, telling an owner his asking price is above the market.

- Stable job history — around 18 months average per role.

- Fluent Marathi and Hindi, valuable English. Landlords and renters here use all three, often in the same call.

- Own two-wheeler and good working knowledge of Pune West.

- Any graduate.

- Real estate experience is NOT required. We welcome candidates from used-car sales, home loans and DSA / direct sales, insurance agency sales, and any inside-sales background where you owned the customer from the first call to the closing. The property side is taught in your first fortnight.
