Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Business Development

- Develop sales across the assigned territory in Rajasthan.
- Regularly visit dealers, retailers, hospitals, doctors, clinics and nursing homes.
- Generate recent leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop new dealers and retailers and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify new markets, territories and business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations where required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Prepare quotations and actively follow up until order closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to generate repeat business.

Dealer & Retailer Management
- Identify and appoint suitable dealers/retailers in uncovered territories.
- Develop dealer business through regular visits and product promotion.
- Understand dealer requirements, stock position and market demand.
- Support dealers in generating business from hospitals, doctors and end customers.
- Ensure regular order flow from channel partners.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with key dealers.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, schemes and market activities.

Hospital & Doctor Visits
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and diagnostic centres regularly.
- Meet doctors, purchase/procurement teams, biomedical engineers, administrators and other decision-makers.
- Generate enquiries for medical equipment and accessories.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Follow up on institutional enquiries and tenders where applicable.
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Market Development
- Expand MIDLETA's presence across Rajasthan.
- Identify high-potential cities and districts and develop them systematically.




- Conduct regular market surveys and collect competitor information.
- Monitor market pricing and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management regarding new product opportunities and market requirements.

Reporting & Sales Management
- Maintain daily field visit and customer activity reports.
- Maintain an updated database of dealers, retailers, hospitals and potential customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts and territory plans.
- Track quotations, pending orders, payments and follow-ups.
- Regularly report market developments and sales pipeline to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 25 years of experience in medical equipment / healthcare / pharmaceutical / diagnostic / hospital sales preferred.
- Candidates with strong B2B field sales and dealer network experience may also be considered.
- Experience dealing with medical equipment dealers, retailers, hospitals and doctors will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good sales follow-up and order-closing ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Should be confident in meeting doctors, hospital management, purchase departments and dealers.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication is preferred.
- Should be capable of working independently and managing the assigned territory.
