- Collection Team Manager / Collection Manager

- Manage and oversee the complete collections process.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the collections team to achieve assigned targets.

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates and minimize NPAs.

- Monitor collection activities and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

- Handle escalated collection cases and resolve issues effectively.

- Track team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.

- Ensure that collection activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and applicable guidelines.

- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Collection Management

- Oversee the end-to-end collections process.

- Monitor daily collection activities and recovery performance.

- Ensure collection targets are achieved within defined timelines.

- Identify gaps in collection performance and implement corrective measures.

Team Management

- Lead and motivate the collections team.

- Allocate responsibilities and monitor individual and team performance.





- Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members.

- Take necessary actions to improve team productivity and efficiency.

NPA & Recovery Management

- Implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.

- Focus on reducing overdue accounts and minimizing NPAs.

- Monitor high-risk and overdue cases.

- Coordinate with the concerned teams to improve recovery outcomes.

Escalation & Compliance

- Handle customer and internal escalations related to collections.

- Ensure proper resolution of complex collection cases.

- Monitor team activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain accurate collection records and documentation.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare regular collection performance reports for senior management.

- Track collection targets, achievements, pending cases, and recovery trends.

- Analyse team performance and provide actionable updates to management.

- Maintain accurate MIS and collection-related records.
