Key Responsibilities
- Drive Home Loan & LAP business across the assigned territory
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Managers
- Achieve monthly & annual business/disbursement targets
- Develop and manage DSA, DSO, Connector & Builder channels
- Generate current business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor the complete funnel from Lead Login Sanction Disbursement
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams
- Conduct market mapping and build strong local relationships
