We are looking for Architectural BIM Modelers with 14 years of relevant experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and Architectural BIM Modeling, with a good understanding of architectural drawings and BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and project documentation.
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert design information into detailed BIM models.
- Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Incorporate design revisions and project updates into BIM models.
- Identify and resolve basic modeling and coordination issues.
- Follow project BIM standards, modeling guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Support the project team in delivering accurate and timely BIM outputs.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers,



and other project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1–4 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
- Good hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Basic knowledge of BIM coordination and workflows.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working on GCC projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 month are preferred.

Education Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Important Note

We are specifically looking for Junior candidates with 1–4 years of experience. Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will not be considered for this requirement.
