Role & responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs
Prepare plans, elevations, sections and working drawings
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements
Develop 3D models, presentations and design proposals
Coordinate with clients, site engineers and project teams
Conduct site visits and monitor design execution
Ensure designs are practical, functional and aligned with project requirements
Assist in material selection, detailing and design development
Requirements:
- B.Arch / Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software
- Knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing
- Good design sense and attention to detail
- Valuable communication and client coordination skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop practical design solutions
