Job Role

- Architect

- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential and luxury residential projects.

- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D renders, walkthroughs, tender drawings, and BOQs.

- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress and execution.

- Ensure design intent, quality standards, and project specifications are maintained throughout construction.

- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.

- Stay updated with building codes, zoning regulations, construction materials, and architectural industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design

- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.

- Prepare accurate working drawings and construction details.

- Create 3D renders and walkthroughs for design presentations.

- Develop designs in accordance with project requirements and client expectations.

- Ensure design concepts are practical and suitable for execution.

Tender & Documentation

- Prepare tender drawings and supporting documentation.

- Prepare and review BOQs for architectural works.

- Coordinate drawings and specifications with consultants and engineers.

- Maintain proper project documentation and drawing revisions.

Site Coordination & Execution

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.

- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and design intent.

- Identify and resolve design, detailing, and technical issues at site.





- Monitor quality and ensure proper execution of architectural works.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for timely project delivery.

- Communicate design requirements clearly to contractors and execution teams.

- Assist in material selection and construction-related decisions.

- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are maintained.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and site execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Working knowledge of Lumion, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D rendering software.

- Valuable knowledge of tender drawings and BOQ preparation.

- Strong understanding of construction materials and architectural detailing.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.

- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture.

- Experience in residential/luxury residential projects is preferred.

- Submission of CV and Portfolio is mandatory.

Work Details

- Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi

- Experience: 4 to 5 Years

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

- Walk-in Interview: Candidates should bring a hard copy of their updated CV.
