Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, including working drawings, details, and specifications.
- Develop design concepts and sketches using AutoCAD software.
- Create detailed designs for various projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch OR M.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for drafting and detailing.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, materials science, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
