Job Role

- Architect – Wayfinding &
- Signage Planning

- We are looking for an experienced Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience, preferably in wayfinding, signage planning, and location marking.

- The candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, spatial planning, and signage layouts.

- The role involves coordinating signage locations, preparing architectural and signage drawings, and supporting wayfinding requirements for hospitality and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural &

- Signage Planning:

- Develop and coordinate wayfinding and signage plans based on project requirements.

- Prepare detailed signage layouts and location-marking drawings.

- Interpret architectural drawings and identify appropriate locations for signage.

- Coordinate signage positions with overall architectural and spatial plans.

- Ensure signage locations are practical, accessible, and visually appropriate.

- Review site conditions and coordinate signage placement accordingly.

Drawing &

- Documentation

- Prepare and revise architectural and signage-related drawings.

- Develop accurate layouts, plans, and location-marking documentation.

- Incorporate design changes and project requirements into drawings.

- Coordinate drawings with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams.





Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors regarding signage requirements.

- Support hospitality and commercial projects with signage planning and execution requirements.

- Conduct site visits when required to verify signage locations and site conditions.

- Ensure signage planning is aligned with project specifications and design standards.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and spatial planning.

- Knowledge of wayfinding and signage planning.

- Ability to develop signage layouts and location-marking plans.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Positive attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

- Ability to understand project requirements and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience

- 4–5 years of professional experience in architecture.

- Experience in wayfinding, signage planning, and location marking is preferred.

- Experience in hospitality/commercial projects will be an added advantage.
